Scott is the founder and Managing Member of Mann Capital Management and works closely with business and family clients in the area of financial planning, investment management, estate and retirement. Scott and his wife, Vanessa, have six grown children. Scott holds a BS in Public Administration from Northern Kentucky University.

Vanessa works as an administrator at Mann Capital Management and has supported operations since inception. She is a licensed life and health insurance agent. Vanessa earned a BS in Biology from Northern Kentucky University and current works full-time as an Account Administrator for a large health insurance provider. Vanessa and her husband, Scott, have six grown children.

Mikayla is a licensed life and health insurance agent. Mikayla is a graduate of Western Kentucky University's Gordon Ford School of Business and has a BS in Finance with a concentration in Personal Financial Planning. She also earned a Certificate in Business Data Analytics. Mikayla is preparing for her securities examinations and the Certified Financial Planner examination.
